I co-created FounderXFunder and coordinated outreach and matching for the Investor Connect programme at TiECon Canada 2022.
The context
The programme gave early-stage founders opportunities to meet investors through pre-matched one-to-one meetings, private networking and an investor panel.
My contribution
- Co-created the programme and coordinated targeted founder and investor outreach.
- Mapped participant communications from conference registration and application through match confirmation and attendance.
- Planned follow-up messaging and alternative panel and networking participation for applicants who were not matched.
Work produced
An outreach and participant communications workflow supporting founder–investor matching. The programme was part of TiECon Canada’s Investor Connect session in October 2022.
