I led the creation of the Grab-a-Coffee mentoring initiative with a team of five alumni. We developed a peer-led, volunteer approach to connecting Qatar Foundation graduates through mentoring, collaboration and shared experience.
Making mentorship practical
The programme archive includes a mentor–mentee agreement, a mentors workshop, standard guidelines and a mentors cheat sheet. These materials, dated 14 February 2021, show the practical structure behind the mentoring experience.
The original materials carry The Youth Company and Grab-a-Coffee identities. Qatar Foundation’s alumni portal continues to list the mentoring programme.
