Supported Teen Hub’s “TikTok-to-Cash” workshop at Education Above All’s EMPOWER conference, connecting recycled materials, creative content and small business ideas.
Qatar MuseumsINSTITUTIONAL STRATEGY / PARTNERSHIPS / ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Connecting institutional priorities, partner relationships and programme strategy within Qatar Museums’ Teen Hub.
My consultancy at Teen Hub connects programme strategy with ecosystem development: shaping concepts, identifying relevant organisations, aligning contributors and translating institutional priorities into deliverable experiences with the wider team.
Teen Hub is Qatar Museums’ programme for young people aged 13–19. My work connects the creative ambition with the people, resources and organisation needed to make it happen.

Supported Teen Hub’s “TikTok-to-Cash” workshop at Education Above All’s EMPOWER conference, connecting recycled materials, creative content and small business ideas.
Supported Teen Hub’s hosting of the Argentina and Chile Family Weekend, bringing cultural activities and a welcoming public experience into the venue.
Worked on partner alignment, programme briefs and youth participation opportunities, including arts activity, digital storytelling and exposure to creative industries.
Contributed to stakeholder coordination, intern and volunteer activity, programme reporting and the practical requirements behind workshops and events.
These examples draw on my programme records and 2025 progress report. Wider Teen Hub announcements describe the organisation’s work; they are not a claim that I personally led every activity.
