- 2010–2013; later founder activity
I founded The Youth Company to deliver programmes across culture, sport, education, entrepreneurship and community engagement. I built a portfolio of 79 sponsors and institutional partners and led 15 staff and more than 100 volunteers.
My contribution
- Developed government, corporate and institutional relationships supporting youth programmes, including Run The World Festival.
- Led staff and volunteers across partnerships, finance, operations and communications.
- Connected programme ideas with sponsor propositions and the teams needed to deliver them.
